About me

My name is Kat. I am a certified yoga teacher, sound healer, and hypnotherapist, with diplomas earned in India and Nepal through traditional, immersive training. I’ve been living in Paris for over seven years now, during which I’ve traveled and continually expanded my knowledge through workshops and courses. My journey has led me to explore many techniques, among others Vipassana, the Feldenkrais Method, Pranayama (breath-work), or Reiki. I have also been able to offer some healing sessions (meditation + affirmative guidance + massage) and past life regression sessions to friends and individuals seeking deeper connections within eco-communities.

Before fully embracing this path, I've worked as an English teacher in Paris and musician. Over time, I realized that my true calling lies in the realm of spiritual growth and healing, which now guides my work and passion. As a lifelong seeker, I am deeply committed to personal evolution and discovery. I’m driven by a love for travel, music, and spirituality, and I am always exploring new ways to deepen my understanding of myself and the world around me.
